Die Rücksendung von Paketen kann mehrere Wochen dauern, bis sie in unserem Lager geliefert werden. Nach Eingang Ihrer Rücksendung können Sie 1-2 Wochen Zeit für die Bearbeitung Ihrer Rückerstattung einplanen. Wir senden Ihnen eine E-Mail, sobald die Rückerstattung erfolgt ist.
Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 4 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within a day. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us. Prices, shipping & handling charges
All orders are shipped via HP. Rates are calculated through HP calculator. International orders are shipped via HP Expedited Service and all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Product availability
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Right of withdrawl
You have the right to cancel your declaration of contract without stating a reason within fourteen (14) days in written form (e. g. letter, e-mail) or – if you received the goods before expiry of the term – by returning the goods. The stated period of time starts on receipt of this information in written form, however not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (for recurring consignments of similar goods not before receipt of the first part-delivery), and also not before performance of our obligation of information
Faulty/defective goods
If the item(s) you have received are faulty or if you have received an incorrect item to that which you ordered, please contact sailortomyachting.com quoting your order reference number and invoice number as well as the reason for return, and whether you request a refund or a replacement. Within 48 hours we will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item and issue you a refund, no later than 14 days after receiving the item, or a replacement (as requested) if appropriate, subject to our confirmation of the fault. Remember in all cases to enclose a copy of your order confirmation together with the item you are returning.
